What we collect
Directly on this website: nothing. There are no forms and no newsletter sign-ups. The only ways to contact us are calling (303) 729-0972 or using the external "Book Online" link, which opens our third-party booking provider in a new tab. Any information you enter there is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.
Like most websites, our hosting may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. If website analytics are enabled in future, this policy will be updated to describe them.
How we use information
When you call or book, we use the details you give us solely to schedule and carry out your appliance repair. We do not sell or rent your information.

What Boulder County homeowners say.
Our Bosch speed oven failed right before a holiday weekend. The technician explained the relay fault, completed the repair, and kept the schedule realistic.
The JennAir cooktop would click forever after cleaning. They dried and adjusted the ignition parts instead of selling a big repair we did not need.
The undercounter refrigerator in the bar area was frosting behind the back panel. They fixed the defrost issue and made sure the cabinet could breathe.
The dishwasher leak had soaked into the toe-kick before we noticed. They found the cracked hose, checked the shutoff, and helped us avoid a repeat.
Our Dacor range kept tripping the breaker mid-bake. The technician isolated the weak igniter circuit and did not leave until the oven cycled repeatedly.
Our Viking hood was loud but not moving much air. They checked the blower, found a loose wheel, and the kitchen no longer fills with smoke during searing.
